Add items to a collection

You can add anything to a collection: projects, folders, files, and even other collections. Let's look at how this works.


This requires a project manager or admin role.

Add a project

Navigate to any project in your Hivebase account. On the project overview page, under the project title, you will see an action button called Add to Collection.

This will open a window where you can select from any of your existing collections. Select one, click Save, and that's it. Your project is now part of the collection.

Add folders or files

Adding folders or files to a collection is very similar. Navigate to the folder you want, select a file or group of files if you want, and click on the collection action button.
