The Hivebase partner program is for reprographers, plan centers, IT providers, or anyone else looking to provide a construction document management solution to customers.


Discounted pricing

Our partners receive heavily discounted pricing compared to normal pricing listed for the public. We want to provide ample room for our partners to mark up the pricing, make a nice profit, and still beat what Hivebase charges by default.

It's common for our partners to bundle Hivebase with other services such as scanning, indexing and organizing, and related document management services.

Manage customer workspaces

As a partner, you can set up separate spaces for each of your customers. These are referred to as workspaces in Hivebase.

You get to choose what level of access your customer should have:

1) You fully managed

You can opt to retain full control over a customer workspace, manage all the files, and provide your customer with a read-only account to search and retrieve documents. This can work well if you are providing ongoing scanning, indexing, and document management services.

2) Customer managed

You can set up a Hivebase workspace and hand over control to your customer, let them upload and manage documents on their own.

3) Jointly managed

You may want to do the initial uploading of, say, a large scan project, but then also let your customer add files and do some ongoing maintenance of their own.
