Geographic restrictions

We offer country-specific regions to keep all your data geographically restricted for security and compliance.

Regions provided

We currently host Hivebase in two regions: United States and Canada. Our USA region is default, access to the Canadian region is provided upon request.

Additional geographic regions may be provided in the future depending on customer demand.

If you would like to use Hivebase and restrict data to a different country or region, please contact our support team so we can discuss further.

Isolation

Each geographic region is fully isolated, with all the necessary infrastructure to power Hivebase.

All files, metadata, accounts, user credentials, and other data are stored and processed solely within the specific region.

Accessing regions

Users control which region they use from the initial login screen:

The United States is selected by default. To access the Canadian region, select it first before attempting to log in.

User accounts can only log in to the region where they were created.
